I get why people pick D, but wouldn't B (export declaration) also show the value of goods? I thought customs sometimes checks both docs. Maybe D is the main one for assessment, though I can see B being a common trap in questions like this. Not totally sure.
My pick: it's D here. Customs uses the commercial invoice to get the value for duty assessment, not the B/L or export declaration. The others list some info but not what's needed for duties specifically. Pretty confident about this, but open if someone has seen it differ on recent exams.
I don't think B or D track direct support for S&OP. C lines up because matching actual revenue to the plan is how you measure if marketing and sales are aligned with S&OP goals. Seen similar in other practice sets, but let me know if you see it differently.
I don't think it's A or D since those just respond to effects, not root cause. B (supplier certification) is proactive and pushes suppliers to meet standards upfront, which actually prevents issues. C only catches problems after they've arrived. Pretty sure B is what exam guides recommend for VMI settings, but open to discussion if anyone disagrees.
Actually, it's B here. Buyback contracts only work if suppliers can efficiently take back unsold inventory, so reverse logistics is essential. A is tempting since tracking helps, but without a solid returns system, the contract falls apart. Pretty sure on this one but open if someone has seen it asked differently.
C , had something like this in a mock. Market research is the only way you actually get the end customer's voice for each segment, not just what intermediaries think. A and B stop at past sales or middlemen so not as direct. Anyone recall a scenario where D was better?
How is B supposed to capture what the actual end customers want? The manufacturer’s direct customers might not know every detail about those downstream needs. Wouldn’t C dig deeper for this?
Is the question specifically asking for an indicator at the company-wide level, or could a process-level metric also be valid? The official guide sometimes distinguishes depending on scope, which might shift the best answer.
