Question never says anything about growth, right? Feels like C lines up better for plain S&OP support.
Totally agree with C here. S&OP is about matching actuals to planned targets, so tracking total revenue vs planned revenue directly shows if marketing and sales are supporting the process. Pretty sure that's what they're looking for, but open to other takes.
C based on similar exam reports, S&OP wants actuals vs planned so revenue metric matches.
Seriously wish APICS would stop rewording these every test, but for S&OP support it's got to be C.
C , saw this asked in a similar way on another practice exam too.

C fits best. S&OP is all about tracking how close you are to the plan, and total revenue as a percent of planned revenue shows if marketing and sales are really supporting the process. B is tempting but that's more product management than S&OP support, I think. Agree?
I don't think B or D track direct support for S&OP. C lines up because matching actual revenue to the plan is how you measure if marketing and sales are aligned with S&OP goals. Seen similar in other practice sets, but let me know if you see it differently.
C , that lines up with what the official guide and past practice sets focus on for S&OP support metrics.
