ServiceNow uses what term to describe all the data saved within a particular form?

Option C but man, ServiceNow's terms always mix me up. Here it's definitely a "record" because that's what gets created or updated when you save a form-not the form itself or a list. Fields are just parts of it. Pretty sure about this, unless they've changed terminology in some weird update.
C . That's the standard ServiceNow term for what gets saved after you fill out a form.
C or B here. I remember from some practice exams that forms show the data, but I thought ServiceNow sometimes refers to the data in a form as the 'form' itself. Pretty sure it's C though, but can see why someone might pick B!
Maybe C here. A lot of folks might confuse it with B or D but "record" is what ServiceNow uses for the saved data after you submit a form. Lists just show records, not the data itself. Not 100% if they want something more technical, but C looks like the main concept.
Pretty sure C, saw a similar question in an exam report.
Looks like C is right, that's the record saved for each form in ServiceNow.
Its C. Similar questions show up in the official practice test and the admin guide also backs this term up.
C
I remember a similar scenario from labs. pop up in practice. For ServiceNow, the whole set of data you save on a form is called a record, so C makes sense. Forms are just how you enter the info, not where it’s actually stored. Agree?
C vs D? I'd go with D, since lists show saved data for forms in the UI.
