ServiceNow uses what term to describe all the data saved within a particular form?

Option C but man, ServiceNow's terms always mix me up. Here it's definitely a "record" because that's what gets created or updated when you save a form-not the form itself or a list. Fields are just parts of it. Pretty sure about this, unless they've changed terminology in some weird update.
C
I remember a similar scenario from labs. pop up in practice. For ServiceNow, the whole set of data you save on a form is called a record, so C makes sense. Forms are just how you enter the info, not where it’s actually stored. Agree?
C vs D? I'd go with D, since lists show saved data for forms in the UI.
D tbh
Isn’t there a catch with the wording? Lists (D) display multiple records, but if they ask for data within a particular form, that's just one record (C), not a list. Unless the form is showing multiple data entries at once, which ServiceNow forms don’t do by default. Am I missing something here?
C or D? Think it's C for how ServiceNow organizes data, but not 100% sure. Anyone else seen this format in their practice?
