C . Virtual Agent is literally the chatbot platform in ServiceNow for info, tasks, and decisions. Connect Chat is just for direct conversations, not automated stuff. Pretty sure about this but correct me if I'm off.

C tbh, Virtual Agent is the main conversational bot in ServiceNow. Other choices like Connect Chat or Live Feed aren’t automated AI bots, just chat or social tools. Seen this in a few CSA practice tests.
