Universal Containers wants to automate the process of case creation. While conducting a business
process review, the consultant learned that customers sometimes upload digital pictures of
the problem.
Following best practices, which solution should a consultant recommend?

Maybe C. I know Web-to-Case can create cases automatically from a form and with some tweaks uploads might be doable, so it seems like a fit if attachments are needed. Not totally sure here, correct me if I missed something.
A, not B. Built-in Email-to-Case supports attachments like digital photos already.
Similar case in the official guide, Email-to-Case is described for attachments handling.
B isn't it, A is the only one that natively handles image uploads with cases.
A tbh. Email-to-Case supports attachments like images right out of the box, which is key here since customers are uploading pictures. Web-to-Case can't handle file uploads natively and AppExchange is custom, so not best practice for this basic use case. Pretty sure A's what Salesforce recommends for this.
Probably A. Had something like this in a mock, and Email-to-Case is the one that actually supports image attachments. Web-to-Case doesn't handle uploads out of the box, pretty sure.
A imo
Not B, A. Email-to-Case handles attachments out of the box, so B is extra work that isn’t best practice here.
Yeah, I'd say A. Email-to-Case is the only native way for customers to send in digital images or files as part of their case submission, all covered in the official study guide and practice questions. Web-to-Case doesn't let users upload attachments unless you customize heavily, which isn't considered best practice for this scenario. Pretty sure about this but open to other thoughts if I've missed something.
B , since AppExchange packages sometimes add file upload features for cases. I know A is common, but if best practices include extending functionality, B could fit. Not fully sure though, might be overthinking it.
