Yeah, assigning the feature license is usually step one, so I'd pick A here. Without that, users can't access Einstein features at all. If licenses were already confirmed then maybe checking profiles (C) makes sense, but that's not clear in this scenario. Pretty sure A is the safest troubleshooting start, unless I'm missing something?
I don't think it's C, the license assignment is the biggest blocker early on. A, since without the license nothing else works.
Option C but not sure, since profile config can block features too right?
D imo, there are a lot of traps here but if they specified "most secure" setup, would C beat A?
