A isn’t right, it’s B. Account Teams allow you to define default access for related users like the ops specialist and engineer, and with Contacts set as Controlled by Parent, access flows down. Pretty sure that’s what Salesforce wants here.
Similar question came up in some practice tests, official guide covers Account Teams well. Recommend reviewing the Account Teams docs for this.
Maybe C. If you switch Contact OWD to Private and use sharing rules, you could give the sales ops specialist and engineer access to just the Contacts they need. I get why B is a strong pick since Account Teams also works, but I've seen some orgs use sharing rules for this setup instead. Not totally sure though, open to corrections.
