Maybe A, but why not a report too? Filtering by 'not today' and 'new' sounds right for tracking untouched leads. Not totally sure if reps would prefer a view over a list though.

I think A looks like the best fit here. List views let sales reps see and quickly act on leads that are still new after a day, right from one screen. Since the requirement says reps want a simple way to reach out, this matches what I've seen in practice and on similar exam questions. If it was more about alerts or escalation, I'd consider B, but pretty sure A is what they're looking for. Agree?
Seriously, Salesforce loves making these user needs take extra steps. Why not just have list views pop a notification? A would cover what reps want, but geez, you'd think there'd be an even simpler out-of-the-box alert.
