C makes sense since moving VMs to containers usually means you get more portability and can scale using Kubernetes or GKE. Cloud providers talk a lot about containerizing for fast scaling, so I think C still fits. Disagree?

C or D? C seems tempting if you think containers are the natural next step, but migration tools often push that trap. Pretty sure it's C though, since that's usually faster for scaling VMs in cloud reports.
Its C, since you can migrate VMs to containers for more flexibility. But if the keyword is scaling "as quickly as possible," does it mean they don't want to change the architecture at all? That could make D more accurate.
