I don't think it's B or C since reviews and descriptions are usually free-text, so not structured. D makes sense because it's a numeric value, fits well in rows/columns in a database. A seems like a trap, photos aren't structured data. Anyone see this worded differently before?
Probably D, since scores are numeric and easily stored in databases as structured data. Product photos or reviews would be unstructured.
Only ratings scores count as structured data in this context.
