Yeah, CloudTrail (C) is the only one here that logs user actions like deletions. CloudWatch just monitors performance, Trusted Advisor gives best practices, and Inspector checks for vulnerabilities. If you want to know who did what and when, gotta use C. Pretty confident but open if anyone sees it differently.
