Quick question, is it asking about full compatibility with Aurora, or just possible integrations? If the "support" means native Aurora engines, then C and D make sense. But if it's about connections to other databases via some AWS service, that could change the answer.
Q: 18
Which database engines does Amazon Aurora support? (Select TWO.)

Official AWS guide and some practice exams confirm it's C and D for Aurora engines.
Its C and E. Aurora supports MySQL for sure and I've seen MongoDB mentioned in AWS data migration docs, so I think these two fit. Not completely sure about MongoDB native support though, correct me if I'm off.
