What is the MOST secure way to store passwords on AWS?

D Secrets Manager is made for this, adds rotation and encryption. Pretty sure that's what AWS recommends for passwords.
Its D, Secrets Manager. S3 and parameters are tempting but don’t have the proper security features for passwords. Anyone see a reason it’d be B instead?
D for me too. Secrets Manager is built for password management and offers extra controls. I think that's safest out of these.
