I don’t think it’s B. C makes more sense since the patient could keep a copy for themselves if they want.
I get why people lean to B but I actually think D could make sense if the patient feels strongly about keeping things private. Deleting details seems direct since they regret sharing. Not totally sure since privacy law can be strict, but D feels logical here even if it might not be allowed.
Option D feels like it makes sense at first since the patient regrets sharing, but I actually think D wouldn't work in Ontario. Deleting info from a health record is usually not allowed if it's accurate, even if the patient changes their mind. The real trap here is thinking regret equals the right to delete. Pretty sure about this but open to feedback.
