Q: 2
A Cisco switch is not accessible from the network. You need to view its running configuration.
Which out-of-band method can you use to access it?

Option B is it. Console access is classic out-of-band since you’re not going over the network at all. If the switch isn’t reachable on the network, things like SSH and Telnet won’t work anyway. Pretty sure that’s what Cisco expects here. Disagree?
Option B had something like this in a mock and console was the answer.
B
Pretty sure it's B, that's what I've seen on similar exam reports.
If the switch can't be reached over the network, console (B) is your only real OOB option. SNMP, SSH, and Telnet all need network connectivity. Pretty sure about this but open to other thoughts.
C
B
A is wrong, B. No network access means console cable is the only reliable OOB way to get in.
D , if Telnet is enabled on a separate mgmt port, that could be OOB too right?
Likely B, since the console port gives direct access even if network connectivity is lost. I saw a similar question in practice sets and console was always the expected out-of-band method. Anyone get a different answer on their exam?
