A . DMS is made for managing controlled docs, including SOPs, plus you get version control, approvals, and audit trails built in. LMS handles training records but not actual document governance. Pretty clear cut here, unless I’m missing some context.
C or A-leaning A. LMS (C) is good for tracking who got trained, but managing SOP documents themselves (version control, approvals, compliance stuff) needs a proper document management system. Excel and paper are traps, can't meet regulatory needs.
Option A, but not totally sure. DMS is purpose-built for document lifecycle stuff, while the others are kinda workarounds. If anyone's seen this phrased differently on practice tests, let me know.
Document management system is the way to go here, A. It’s built for SOP control, versioning, and regulatory compliance in life sciences. LMS is for training, but managing the actual SOP docs needs more. Pretty sure on this one.
Maybe C, since LMS tracks user training on SOPs, which matters for compliance. Not totally sure though.
A , DMS is purpose-built for this. LMS is a trap here, it’s for training not SOP control.
A had something like this in a mock. DMS is always the preferred tool for managing SOPs. No doubts on this one.
Its C here, since a Learning Management System can also store SOPs and track who has completed relevant training. Just to clarify, if the question had said "manage version control and approvals," I'd probably switch to A. Does the word "best" in the question mean compliance too?
