Which metric reveals the timeliness of the site-work dimension of site performance?

Option D makes sense since it tracks how quickly site staff handle queries, which is a core piece of ongoing site performance. I saw something similar in a practice set too. Pretty confident it's D but open to other thoughts if someone disagrees.
Option D fits here. It’s directly about how fast sites resolve queries, which reflects how timely site work gets done. The other choices are more about start/end milestones, not the ongoing process. Pretty sure on this, but open if anyone disagrees.
Had something like this in a mock in exam reports, it's D.
D
Maybe C. It measures how quickly sites move from contract to actual enrollment, which can show site activation speed.
D imo
Had something like this in a mock and it was D.
C kind of tracks site-work speed too. Wouldn't "contract to first patient" capture how fast the site gets started? Trap option maybe?
D imo. C looks tempting since it covers startup, but the median and range for query resolution time (D) is really what measures ongoing site performance speed. Saw a similar thing in a practice set. Pretty sure D is the site-work timeliness KPI here, not those one-off milestones.
I get where you're coming from but I think C is more about site-work timing. It captures the period between site contract and first patient, which is a key part of startup efficiency. Not totally sure, but to me C fits that dimension better.
