C isn’t right here, it just allocates secondary costs but doesn’t split primary ones. B and D are the only ones that break down the cost into its original primary components, pretty sure that’s what SAP expects.
Option C these SAP questions make the terminology so confusing sometimes.
Seen this exact combo in a mock before, always B and D for primary cost split in SAP CO.

B/C? C seems tempting since assessments distribute costs, but not sure it does the primary split.
D , C is a trap since it just allocates secondaries. B and D do the primary component split.
B and D. Assessment cycles (C) only move secondary costs around, so they don’t split out the original primary cost components. SAP loves to trip people up with that.
C and D? Not totally confident but thought C splits costs as well. SAP cost flows can get confusing.
Makes sense, it's B and D for splitting into primary components. SAP loves that distinction.
B tbh, saw a very similar one on a practice and it was B/D.
