How can you automatically update the conditions in an already created purchasing info record?

B or D? I was also thinking B because the Info Update indicator is there on release orders, but maybe that's just a trap since not all contract release orders update the info record automatically. Let me know if I'm missing something.
B tbh. Had something like this in a mock and was sure that using the release order with the Info Update would update the info record automatically. Could be mixing up with another document type though.
I don't think it's D. Option B makes sense because release orders are tied to contracts, and I've seen cases where updating info records via release orders feels automatic. Maybe I'm missing something about how S/4 actually handles the linkage, but I thought B could trigger an update of existing records too.
D , since only the purchase order with the Info Update box ticked will update existing purchasing info records automatically. Contracts and quotations don’t do it, they just create new or leave as is. Pretty sure that's how S/4 handles it by default, but open if someone's seen otherwise in real configs.
B or D? In some mock exams I've seen B picked, since release orders sometimes feel like they update info records. But from the SAP guides, looks like purchase order with Info Update is the standard trigger. Not 100% sure though, anyone else reference official practice tests for this?
Had something like this in a mock and picked B.
D works here. Only a purchase order with the Info Update flag will change the conditions on an existing purchasing info record in standard S/4HANA. Contracts and quotes don't overwrite existing records, just like everyone above said. I think D is safest, unless someone's seen a new S/4 feature?
D or maybe B if using a custom enhancement, but standard S/4HANA only updates with the PO's Info Update set.
D , but if the system's custom or got special BADI enhancements, that might flip it. Standard config though, only POs with Info Update flag touch existing info record conditions.
Its D. Only a standard purchase order with the Info Update indicator set will automatically update an existing purchasing info record's conditions. Contracts and release orders are tricky but they don't actually perform this overwrite in S/4HANA, at least as far as I know. If anyone's seen otherwise let me know.
