D , because modifying the field in the Career Worksheet XML sounds like it'd update any text attached to that field. Trap here is mixing up help text vs label updates, but I still think D makes sense unless SAP changed it.

Not B. C is for instructional text changes, B only edits fields. Happened to me before on similar SAP cert practice.
Couldn’t it also be A? Had something like this in a mock, and the admin center was used to update the template.

C or D? C is normally right when you need to update instructional text thanks to the text-replacement tag, but if they mean changing a specific field label instead then D could be a trap. I'm pretty sure C, but open to debate.
C did the trick for me on a mock. For instructional/help text specifically, it's the text-replacement tag in the Career Worksheet XML you need to edit. Admin Center options only cover field names/labels, not these instructions. Pretty sure that's the intended answer here, unless SAP changed things recently.
Why do you think D would work for changing instructional text? Isn't that more for the data fields themselves, not the help/instructions?
B or D? I remember practice exams showing both, check official SAP guides to be sure.
Not D here, that's for the field. For instructional text you want C. These get mixed up in some practice tests.
