C/D? Had something like this in a mock, either could let you filter birth year at runtime.
I could see D making sense here if you treat "As of Date" as the year boundary and set both Start and End to Date of Birth, since Selectable At Runtime is included. Some SAP training materials show similar filter flexibility. Guessing A and D for this one, but not 100% sure it matches runtime year input exactly.
D . As of Date setup in option D should let the report runner filter by a specific year if they use custom columns and set Selectable At Runtime. Saw something like this in some SAP SuccessFactors practice sets. If you have the official guide, might be good to confirm the exact behavior.
C vs D, think C could work but not totally confident with runtime year filtering here.
A and B
C or D, but leaning toward D. I thought As of Date in D could work for filtering a specific year since you can set custom columns, but maybe it's not flexible enough compared to A and B. Maybe I'm missing something.
Makes sense, A and B work for year-based filtering in SAP reports. D's a common distractor.
Nah, not D here. A and B are used for true date range filtering in SAP, especially if you want to let users pick years at runtime. D looks close but As of Date usually trips people up.
It’s A and B here, not D. D looks tempting but it’s a common trap since As of Date isn’t really made for filtering by full year for birth dates. Pretty sure most SAP report configs use A/B style query filters for this case, especially if you want that runtime flexibility. Disagree?
A and B tbh, but the real catch is you need both filters because SAP doesn’t have a direct "equals year" for dates. If runtime selection matters, both can be set as selectable. SAP quirks make this messy sometimes, correct me if I missed a minor config.
