Honestly, SAP makes these group tools confusing in naming. Seen similar questions in practice and it's usually D, Manage Workflow Groups, when you want "anyone" to approve from a set. Pretty sure that's what the system expects here, but SAP loves ambiguous wording so not 100%.
I’d use D here, since Manage Workflow Groups is exactly for setting up a pool where any one can approve. The other tools like Dynamic Roles (B) are about role assignment not workflow approvals. Pretty sure that's how SuccessFactors handles this, unless the client asked for all to approve instead of just one. Agree?
