SAP Signavio Process Insights is designed to create business-process excellence by (1) guiding customers along a structured transformation journey, (2) letting analysts drill from high-level KPIs down to document and field level to find true root causes, and (3) automatically generating concrete, prioritized improvement recommendations that can be exported for follow-up execution. These three capabilities close the discovery-to-action loop; however, the product neither models future-state processes nor executes automations itself.
