B or E? I picked B, since measuring change effectiveness sounded like a main OCM pillar in a practice question I saw. But now re-reading, maybe I confused key activities with dimensions. Open to correction if someone knows for sure.
A C, D for me. Those map to realization, leadership, and strategy which are the main SAP OCM framework dimensions. Communication and effectiveness are more like supporting processes, not core pillars as per SAP docs I checked. Pretty sure this is what the question wants but correct me if I missed a terminology trick.
I always see A, C, and D in SAP's OCM docs as the main dimensions. B is about measuring, and E is more an activity that supports the others, not a separate dimension. Pretty sure it’s A, C, D but open to other takes.
