Same as the others said, A and C.
It’s A and C. SAP for Me mobile app gives you insights into your product portfolio and streamlines interaction with SAP. Downloading learning content (B) is handled in SAP Learning Hub, not this app, and access to ONE Support Launchpad (D) is web only as far as I know. Pretty sure from recent exam reports but open to corrections if something changed.
Just to be sure, when it says "SAP for Me mobile app" does it mean only what's available in the mobile version or features you'd normally get from the website too? That could change if D is valid.
