Option C and D here. I don't see migration plans or stakeholder guides in Signavio Navigator, only the process diagrams and test scripts. Agree with you Avery.
C (not B) and D. I came across a nearly identical question on a mock test, and Process Diagrams plus Test Scripts are both standard accelerators in Signavio Process Navigator. Data Migration plan and Stakeholder guides usually show up elsewhere. Pretty sure about this, but let me know if you think otherwise.
