What is the difference between the Free of Charge Delivery process and the Sell from Stock process?

Option D makes sense since sales document type controls the whole process flow in SAP, not just billing or delivery. Free of Charge and Sell from Stock get set apart by how their doc types are configured. Pretty sure that's right but open to other thoughts if someone thinks B fits better.
Option D Had something like this in a mock, and sales document type always defines the main process differences here. Billing type changes as a result but isn't the root cause. Pretty sure about D, though open to other views.
Maybe D. Sales document type actually dictates how the entire process runs and what flows after, not just billing. You could argue for B if you're only thinking about invoices, but process-wise D is the main driver here I think. Would like to hear if anyone thinks config changes would flip this.
B not D
Actually it comes down to the sales document type, so D fits here based on how SAP differentiates the process.
D tbh, sales doc type is the key process driver here, not B which is more of a result.
Its D for sure. The sales document type shapes the whole process in SAP, not just billing. Pretty sure config changes wouldn’t swap that out unless you really customize everything. Disagree?
Seen similar in SAP Learning Hub and the official guide, D keeps coming up as the right process difference.
Remembered exactly similar question in my exam, D is what SAP focused on for process difference.
C or D? I keep seeing B in discussions since billing type is definitely different, but that's derived from the sales doc type which controls the process definition. D feels more correct for "process" but SAP sometimes frames these odd. Anyone else think B's a trap here?
