Where is the initial list of known integrations documented?

Its D, saw a similar question in some exam reports. Digital Discovery Assessment holds the initial known integrations.
C/D? I get why B is tempting since ALM tracks integrations, but for just the initial list it's probably D.
I see why some might go for B since SAP Cloud ALM does track integration data, but for the initial list it should be D. Digital Discovery Assessment is where that first integration scope gets documented. B is more for ongoing tracking after discovery phase.
B or D here. I always thought initial integrations got documented in SAP Cloud ALM during project setup since it's the main platform for managing requirements and fit-to-standard results. But yeah, D is tied to the early discovery phase (Digital Discovery Assessment). Not totally certain though, maybe I'm mixing up which comes first.
D makes sense based on SAP Activate steps. The Digital Discovery Assessment is where project teams capture that first batch of known integrations. I get why people are tempted by B since ALM keeps things organized later, but for the initial list, I'm pretty sure it's D. If anyone has seen official docs say otherwise let me know.
C/D? SAP Cloud ALM tracks integration but for the true initial list pretty sure it's D, Digital Discovery Assessment.
D for sure. The Digital Discovery Assessment is where the initial list actually gets captured, not B or C. Happens right at the start of the project from what I've seen on SAP Activate docs.
Pretty sure it has to be D here. The keyword "initial" is what matters, since Digital Discovery Assessment officially captures the first list of known integrations during Discover phase. B is tempting but that's more for tracking after kickoff. Anyone disagree?
D imo, similar practice tests and the official guide mention Digital Discovery Assessment for that initial integration list.
Tricky since "initial" can trip people up, but it’s D here.
