2. SAP Build is SAP's low-code/no-code (LCNC) application development portfolio. It empowers citizen developers and business users to create and extend applications with minimal to no coding. SAP Build Apps, a core component, is specifically designed for rapidly building custom apps that can connect to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

B. SAP Cloud Portal Service: This service is used to create and manage business sites and launchpads to access applications; it is not a tool for developing the applications themselves.

C. SAP HANA Cloud: This is a database-as-a-service (DBaaS). While a custom application might use it for data persistence, it is not the tool used to build the application's logic or UI.
