Its C, D and E for Financial Accounting in S/4HANA. Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting (A, B) are actually in the Controlling module (CO), not FI. Seen this split in most SAP learning docs. Pretty sure about this but open if anyone thinks FI scope has changed recently.
Why is A considered FI? In S/4HANA it's moved under CO, right?
Isn’t Cost Element Accounting (A) part of Controlling (CO) instead of strictly FI? Looks like a classic trap, since C, D, and E are the main FI modules in S/4HANA. Can anyone confirm from recent S/4HANA updates?
Nah, not A. C D E are the real FI areas. Cost Element is CO, common trap.
Why pick A? Cost Element Accounting belongs to Controlling, not FI.
C D, E are the ones for Financial Accounting. Cost Element Accounting and Cost Center Accounting (A and B) sit under Controlling (CO), not FI. Pretty sure on this split since external reporting needs those FI modules. Disagree?
Option C D, E. Cost elements and cost centers are part of Controlling, not Financial Accounting. Pretty sure about this split.
Pretty sure it's C, D and E. Cost Element (A) and Cost Center (B) are part of Controlling, not Financial Accounting in S/4HANA. Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting are classic FI components for reporting. If anyone's got a newer SAP reference that groups CO with FI let me know, but haven't seen it myself.
Yeah, it's C, D and E here. Cost Element (A) and Cost Center (B) are both under CO, not FI in S/4HANA. Seen this breakdown a lot in the SAP docs so pretty confident.
Option C, D, E. Cost Element and Cost Center trip people up-those are CO not FI in S/4HANA.
