Why is everyone skipping over SLT for this? I get that it has its own replication setup, but technically doesn't it still interact with advanced DSOs at some point? Maybe I'm missing a nuance here.
C/D? I think it's actually A and D since SLT (B) is a classic trap here, it doesn't use the Write Interface directly, more for real-time replication. Data Services (C) does ETL but not via the Write Interface. Open to correction though if someone's used a newer version.
Maybe A and D. Process Integration and Datasphere can push data using the Write Interface into advanced DSOs, from what I've seen in SAP docs and some course notes. SLT (B) feels close but it actually does replication differently, not via this interface. Not 100 percent but I think that's right-anyone got experience proving otherwise?
Probably A and D. SLT looks tempting but it works differently, uses its own replication path not the Write Interface.
A and D for sure. SAP Process Integration and Datasphere both use the Write Interface to push data into DSOs. SLT and Data Services don’t go through that route, they have their own transfer logic. Unless I’m missing something from a specific release, pretty confident with these picks. Disagree?
Option A and D are correct. SAP Process Integration and SAP Datasphere both support writing directly to advanced DSO inbound tables using the Write Interface. B (SLT) is a trap here, since it handles replication through its own mechanisms, not the write interface. C (Data Services) loads data but doesn’t use this specific interface. Pretty sure about this, but happy for correction if anyone has other real-world experience.
If they switched the question to ask about classic ETL loads only, C might be a valid choice right?
B and C
D
