I don’t think it’s A. C looks better to me because SAP Activate is known for speeding up SAP deployments and streamlining the whole process, not really for managing the entire application lifecycle. Saw a similar question in some practice sets where the focus was on deployment speed. Could be off, but C feels right here-anyone disagree?
Honestly, C or D both look close, but I’d pick D. In Activate, the Scrum team’s job is to review SAP best practices during the Explore/Realize phase. Creating or defining a charter (C) is more Waterfall or early-stage, not really what Scrum roles own here. Maybe I’m missing an edge case in some projects though - open to being proven wrong.
B and C could work too, right? MOSCOW helps teams prioritize what's must-have or nice-to-have, so I'd pick B instead of A. Not sure why A is better here unless they're forcing hierarchy.
Pretty sure it's B and D. MOSCOW (B) is a standard method for prioritizing, and user story mapping (D) is used for breaking down large backlogs. Saw similar logic in practice questions, but not 100% if that's what SAP expects.
C vs D? Is the question asking for the tool you use to activate during initial setup, or can it be after go-live too? If it's only during implementation, I'd probably say C, but if it's ongoing changes then D might work.
