B , if you consider how roles could technically label what people do during tasks.
Why not C? Tags are the only option here that users can define themselves, roles and risk levels are preset in SAP Cloud ALM.

Maybe C, had something like this in a mock and tags was the answer.
Pretty sure it's C here. Tags are flexible, users can define them any way needed in SAP Cloud ALM, while roles and risk levels are more fixed by the system. I saw similar phrasing in the official guide, so this matches up. Anybody see a different take?

I don’t think it’s A. C is right because only tags are defined by customers for labeling-risk levels and roles are fixed system elements. Seen this trick in other SAP practice sets.
