Its A, D, E. SAP Cloud ALM lets you create transport requests directly for S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, NetWeaver AS ABAP, and on-prem S/4HANA, but not Integration Suite. Pretty sure that matches what the docs say.
Probably A, D, E here. B looks tempting but Integration Suite manages transports differently, not straight from Cloud ALM features. C is Public Edition, which also isn't directly supported for this kind of transport request. If you check recent SAP docs or practice, it always mentions S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, NetWeaver ABAP and regular S/4HANA for this scenario.
