Likely C, since in some SAP test tools you actually assign people to specific test activities, not just the overall plan. I think it depends if they're talking about Cloud ALM or Solution Manager. Anyone else seen this handled differently?
C tbh, I saw a similar question in the official practice and it paired testers with test activities.
A imo, C is tempting but in SAP Cloud ALM it's definitely test plan assignment not activities.
