On the source server (DHCP1), you must run Export-DhcpServer to save the DHCP configuration and lease data to a file. You must also run Remove-DhcpServerInDC to unauthorize the server in Active Directory, preventing it from servicing clients.

On the destination server (DHCP2), you must run Import-DhcpServer to load the configuration and lease data from the export file. Finally, you must run Add-DhcpServerInDC to authorize the new server in Active Directory, allowing it to start responding to DHCP requests.
