ACME, Inc. wants all users to see mounted servers in the Finder by default.
Which terminal command should you use to modify the Finder preferences to display mounted
servers?

My pick: C, since
defaults write is what's used to actually change a preference. A just reads it, so wouldn't update anything. Pretty sure this is a common trap on these types of macOS questions.I think A, not C. Pretty sure "read" is used for defaults queries, could be a trick with the wording.
C not D-append isn't a valid defaults argument. Official guides and my own experience both say to use write for Finder prefs.
I don’t think it’s C, I’d pick A. In some practice tests, defaults read is shown for viewing prefs and feels right for "display". Worth doublechecking in the official guide though.
Had something like this in a mock. It's definitely C since defaults write is the only one that actually changes Finder settings, not just checks them. A just reads the value, doesn't set anything. Agree?
A not C. "Read" just shows the setting but doesn't make changes, pretty sure that's where people get tripped up here.
C imo
C Only the write command will change the Finder setting, not read or append. Pretty confident here.
C tbh
C or D? I keep seeing C in official guides but tempted by D. Anyone use labs for this?
