A and D are the ones I'd pick too. Force quitting is a classic fix for frozen apps, and deleting/reinstalling is Apple's own support advice if that doesn't work. The other options just aren't things you can really do on iOS for this issue. Pretty sure that's it but open to corrections.
A and D, had something like this in a mock. Nothing else fits for iOS app launch issues.
Yep, it's A and D. Force closing can fix a lot of minor app freezes, and deleting/reinstalling is what Apple usually recommends if that doesn’t work. The others don’t really apply for opening issues on iOS, as far as I know.
A and D tbh. Force closing usually gets rid of app glitches, and deleting + reinstalling helps if the app is seriously messed up. The other options just aren't real iOS actions or don't address opening issues directly. Pretty straightforward, unless I'm missing some edge case.
Option A and D
D imo. A is obvious, but B and C are traps-no Relaunch option, and app settings don’t let you fix app errors directly. Deleting and redownloading refreshes the install so that usually works if closing doesn’t help.
A and D make sense. Forcing close fixes glitches sometimes, and reinstalling can clear up corrupted app data. The other options either aren’t available or don’t resolve launch issues. Pretty sure that’s what they want here.
Probably A and D, matches what I've seen in similar practice sets. Nice straightforward question.
