Not sure why you'd consider D, years alone can be misleading. Option D.
Guessing D, had something like this in a mock and it was the right pick.
C isn't totally irrelevant but D is almost always a red herring, since length in post doesn't equal project skill. D.
Its D
This was in my exam last year. D is correct since years in the post doesn't guarantee someone has the right skills or attitude for new project roles-they might have just coasted a while. Industry experience, comms style, and actual PM qualifications matter way more for assigning project responsibilities. Anyone see it differently?
C or D but if someone just switched roles internally, years in post could miss relevant background. So maybe C.
Pretty sure D here. Number of years in post doesn't always relate to skills or fit for the project role, so I'd ignore it when assigning tasks. I think the others are more relevant. Let me know if you see it differently.
D is right
Don’t think D is relevant here, seems like a trap since time in a role doesn’t guarantee they’re right for specific tasks. Option D.
Ugh, these "years in post" questions always feel outdated tbh. D imo.
