Universal Containers (UC) wants to ensure the effectiveness, reliability, and trust of its agents prior to
deploying them in production. UC would like to efficiently test a large and repeatable number of
utterances. What should the Agentforce Specialist recommend?

C not B. B feels like a trap since it doesn’t scale well for lots of utterances. Saw similar logic in some practice sets, so pretty confident but open to discussion if someone thinks differently.
B tbh
B
C/B? Had something like this in a mock and picked B, seemed reasonable for reviewing effectiveness before production.
I’m pretty sure C is it. The testing center with CSV upload is built for bulk and repeatable agent checks, which matches the scale UC wants here. Happy to be challenged if I’m missing something.
Nah, C fits better here. B looks tempting if you just want manual checks, but for large and repeatable tests the CSV with Agentforce Testing Center is designed exactly for that. If I'm off, happy to hear your reasoning!
C/B? With high volume utterances it's definitely C, but if UC just cared about a few test cases in a real-like flow maybe B. I think the scale condition flips the answer here.
Likely B. Deploying in a QA sandbox and using Utterance Analysis seems like a hands-on way to assess real conversations, and you can review actual agent interactions before going live. Not totally sure it's as scalable as C for bulk tests, but I think it covers reliability well. Anyone disagree?
B
C for sure. Agentforce Testing Center with a CSV lets you run a ton of utterance tests quickly, which matches "efficiently" and "repeatable." Just running one-off tests or using the UI isn’t scalable for large volumes. Pretty confident on this one but fine if someone strongly disagrees.
