A's not right here, C fits best. In Agent Builder you see the "General FAQ" topic and "Answers Questions with Knowledge" action when pulling from Knowledge articles. Pretty sure that's what Salesforce expects for standard config, unless someone saw a recent UI change? Open to corrections.
C or A, but I'm sticking with C. Salesforce usually uses the "General FAQ" topic paired with the "Answers Questions with Knowledge" action for anything that pulls from Knowledge Articles out of the box. A isn't quite right since that's not the default terminology in Agent Builder. Pretty sure about this but let me know if someone found an official doc using A.

Actually, what if the org has a custom topic created instead of just "General FAQ"? I've seen a setup where Knowledge articles were used, but the topic name was changed, so does C still hold strictly in that edge case? Seems like as long as the action is "Answers Questions with Knowledge," it's accurate, but the topic label could vary.
Its C, trap is A with the wrong action name.

C , but if you swap the Knowledge source for an LLM or use a custom topic, the answer would flip. Here, "General FAQ" and "Answers Questions with Knowledge" are the standard combo for knowledge article bots in Salesforce. Seen something similar pop up on other practice sets.
