SKU-level usage reports and license details to track which users are actually using Copilot.
At the same time, executives want to understand how Copilot is changing work patterns
(meetings, email, focus time) and measure business impact over time. The company is
considering using both the Microsoft 365 admin center usage reports and Copilot Analytics
(including the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights).
The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard and the Microsoft 365 admin center Copilot usage
reports are built on the same underlying usage dataset, but they are designed for di[erent
audiences and views of Copilot adoption and impact.
