In which stage of the Customer Lifecycle does the Success Plan get updated for the first time?

Option B
B , Cisco always puts the first official Success Plan update at Use. If we're splitting hairs on definitions, open to correction.
B or C, seen exam reports mention both. Not totally sure which Cisco wants here.
C or D? Had something like this in a mock, and was sure the plan gets reviewed at Adopt when users actually start using features, not just during Use. I might be mixing up lifecycle stages though, anybody else think C fits better?
B , unless they're counting onboarding tweaks as updates, but Cisco usually lists 'Use' for the first real change.
Nah, not C-trap there. It's B because that's when updates start with actual usage insights.
B
Option B, seen this called out in Cisco practice and their lifecycle guide. Check both resources if unsure.
C , saw similar logic in some Cisco practice and a couple official guides. Could be wrong though if terminology shifted.
I feel like C is a strong contender if the "update" happens at first adoption activities, not after full onboarding wrap. C
