Which action should a Renewals Manager take first?

Feels like D is right here. You need to have contract data and a rough strategy before meeting with the AM, CSS, or CSM since those steps depend on what you find in the contracts. Option B seems tempting but that's more about execution after your initial analysis. Pretty sure D is what Cisco expects first, unless there's zero contract info at all. Open to pushback if anyone sees it different.
Its D. You can't do much without first pulling the contract data, even if it's incomplete. A is a trap since assigning an RS makes more sense after you know what you're dealing with. Pretty sure Cisco wants you to start with D, but I get why some might pick B.
Wouldn't B make sense if you don't have contract data yet?
D makes sense. You always want to pull the contract data first so you actually know what you're dealing with before looping in others or forming a plan. Pretty sure that's Cisco's process, but open if someone thinks differently.
D imo, since A is more of a follow-up after you get the contract details sorted.
If contracts are missing or outdated, does that change the first step? Just want to clarify if D still applies even with incomplete data sets.
Option D I think, but not 100% sure. Anyone else see this order on other practice sets?
