Its B and E since NFSv4 only uses TCP for transport and runs on top of IP. Earlier versions supported UDP but v4 only does TCP. FCP and Ethernet aren't protocols at that layer. Pretty sure about this but correct me if I missed anything.
B E, NFSv4 is TCP over IP not UDP.

Probably B and E. NFSv4 dropped UDP support, so TCP and IP are correct here. I think some might pick UDP out of habit, but for v4 it's all over TCP/IP stack.
B and E, had the exact same question on my exam. NFSv4 relies on TCP and IP.
