Which protocol does Cisco Hyperflex use to share data among nodes in a VMware vSphere environment?

C/D? With cluster comms vs vSphere access, if it's about presenting datastores then D fits. But for node internals it might flip.
D , since HyperFlex presents storage over NFS to the vSphere hosts for VM datastores. ESXi connects using NFS so that fits best here. I think that's what they want but happy to hear if anyone's seen otherwise.
Had something like this in a mock, pretty sure it's D (NFS). HyperFlex presents its storage to ESXi hosts via NFS for data sharing. The protocol fits with what vSphere uses, unless they meant cluster internals. Agree?
Probably D, seen similar in the official guide and labs.
C/D? Official study guide and Cisco docs both talk up NFS for vSphere integration, so I'm thinking D. If the question's on HyperFlex sharing data with ESXi, D fits. Let me know if anyone's seen different in their labs.
D imo, because HyperFlex exposes storage to vSphere nodes using NFS, and that's the protocol ESXi hosts actually mount. Not 100% if they're asking about backend cluster chatter or just what vSphere interacts with. Anyone see a twist here?

D, saw this same setup in my lab and NFS is what vSphere uses with HyperFlex clusters.
