C tbh, route map won't do anything unless it's on the redistribution command so that's gotta be it.
Its C here. Route maps only change anything if you actually attach them to a redistribution or filtering command, otherwise they're just config with no effect. Saw similar in review exams, almost always the missing step is adding to the redistribute statement. Pretty sure about this but open if anyone sees it differently.
