How is automatic fallback enabled on a Cisco IM and Presence server?

Bit annoying how Cisco splits config between CUCM and IM&P, but this one really is B. You enable automatic fallback in the CUCM Service Parameter, not IM&P settings. Seen similar in both practice and docs, happy to be proven wrong.
Not A, it's gotta be B. The automatic fallback config has to be set in CUCM's Service Parameter, which can be confusing since the feature is for IM and Presence. C is a trap since it's never default. Open to correction if anyone's seen something different.
It's B. You have to enable automatic fallback in the CUCM Service Parameter config, not directly on IM&P, which trips some people up. C is a bit of a distractor since it's not on by default. Pretty sure B is what you see in exam sims.
B tbh, it's set in the CUCM Service Parameter under Cisco Server Recovery Manager. Ran into a similar setup at work and this was the switch. I think it's not default, so you have to enable it. Correct me if I'm off.
B, based on what I've seen in the official guide and some practice exams. Definitely worth checking the service parameter in CUCM.
