D because encrypted SIP should use _sip._tls not _cisco-uds._tcp.
Wouldn’t B be better if encrypted is the key part? Isn’t _cisco-uds._tls for Jabber on TLS?
Why not B for _cisco-uds._tls since the question mentions encrypted SIP and Jabber?
C tbh, Jabber service discovery relies on _cisco-uds._tcp for connecting to UCM/IM&P. Even if SIP is encrypted, the service record isn't _sip._tls unless it's for generic SIP devices. Not 100% but that's how Cisco docs frame it.
