Cisco keeps changing this stuff between versions, but for most real-world cases it's Option D.
D imo. Guest shell is what you have to enable for zero-touch provisioning automation on IOS XE. The other options like EEM or TCL won't do the full ZTP workflow. Pretty sure about this based on recent practice tests, but open to arguments if someone's seen something different.
Option D, here, saw a similar scenario in a mock test. Guest shell lets you run Python or bash scripts which is needed for ZTP. Pretty confident but open if there's a catch I'm missing.
Seen similar in practice exams, D. Check the Cisco official guide if unsure.
D
Guest shell gives the required shell access for zero-touch provisioning on IOS XE. Pretty sure that's what's needed for ZTP to run custom scripts and finish setup.

D tbh, zero touch provisioning on IOS XE always needs Guest shell enabled, not the others. That's what triggers the automation scripts.
Probably D, since Guest shell is needed on IOS XE for ZTP to work. Haven't seen it done with the other options myself, but let me know if I'm missing something.
